Kalmykova said that the system of modern personnel selection for the Armed Forces should work as soon as possible because the troops need specialists, and people should clearly understand which unit and which military occupational specialty they will be assigned to.

Quote: "The recruiting company will provide services in the army's interests free of charge," Kalmykova noted.

For its part, the Work.ua company is ready to offer services for a systematic approach to attracting conscripts to the ranks of the Armed Forces.

"Today, the Armed Forces need a lot of specialists with civilian occupational specialties. These are drivers, fitters, gas welders, and construction workers. We want to allow the units to recruit professional servicemen who have relevant experience in civilian life. This cooperation will make our army much more effective," Work.ua CEO said.

This is the second recruiting company with which the Ministry of Defence has concluded an agreement. The Ministry of Defence continues negotiations with several other participants in the employment market.
