The first 13 Israeli hostages, accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross, are leaving the Gaza Strip through the Rafah Crossing Point.

Details: First, the hostages were released to the Red Cross and underwent a brief medical examination, and now they are expected to be taken to Israel.

On 24 November, a four-day truce began between Israel and Hamas militants. In this time, Hamas is to release at least 50 hostages, and Israel must release around 150.

  • Qatar's Foreign Ministry said that a temporary ceasefire between Israel and Hamas will begin on Friday at 07:00, and the first group of 13 Israeli hostages will be released at 16:00.
  • Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant stated that intense fighting in the Middle East would last at least two months after the temporary truce.
