"At [the NATO-Ukraine] meeting, we will agree recommendations for Ukrainians … reforms, as we continue to support Kyiv on this path to NATO membership," the NATO secretary general stated.

Background: In October, an updated reform plan for Ukraine's future accession to the Alliance was discussed at the NATO-Ukraine Council.

Following the October meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group, US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin announced the creation of several "capability coalitions" for Kyiv, including training for the Ukrainian Air Force.
