Russians attack Sumy Oblast with 9 air-dropped mines

The Russians have fired on the border areas and settlements of Sumy Oblast 29 times over the past day, attacking one of hromadas with nine air-dropped mines. (A hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.)

Details: A total of 100 explosions were recorded. Yunakivka, Khotin, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Shalyhyne, Esman, Znob-Novhorodske, Seredyna-Buda and Svesa hromadas were attacked.

The Russians fired mortars (18 explosions) on Bilopillia hromada.

A VOG grenade was dropped on Esman hromada from an UAV (1 explosion). In addition, the Russians opened fire from mortars (13 explosions) and artillery (8 explosions).

Fire from mortars (8 explosions), artillery (2 explosions) and small arms were recorded in Svesa hromada.

The Russians released nine air-dropped mines on the territory of Krasnopilia hromada.

They deployed mortars (2 explosions) and artillery (6 explosions) to attack Seredyna-Buda hromada.

Shelling from mortars (5 explosions) and artillery (5 explosions) were conducted in Yunakivka hromada.

In Znob-Novhorodske hromada, attacks from mortars (2 explosions) and multiple-launch rocket systems (8 explosions) were recorded.

Mortar attacks (3 explosions) were conducted in Shalyhyne hromada.

The Russians hit Nova Sloboda hromada with mortars (5 explosions).

They also conducted mortar attacks (5 explosions) in Khotin hromada.
