Background:

  • At the end of 2023, the Ministry of Defence signed agreements with four companies (Lobby X, Work.ua, OLX Ukraine and Robota.ua) to start cooperation in military recruitment. Over the two months of the campaign, more than 1,800 vacancies from nearly 400 units were posted.
  • During the full-scale war, more Ukrainian women have started to take up positions previously held by men. This is particularly due to men being called up for military service.
