Details: Kherson started experiencing power outages after the Russian attack.

Earlier, Mrochko said that three people in the Kherson urban hromada had been injured in attacks by Russian occupation forces on 17 January: two were killed and one wounded. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]

The men who were killed were aged 37 and 65. One of them was outside at the time of the Russian attack, and the other was in his car.

A 71-year-old woman, who was indoors, was injured when the Russian army attacked Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank of the Dnipro River.

Houses, cars and power transmission lines have been damaged as a result of the Russian attack on Wednesday, and several fires broke out.
