Zelenskyy explains why he cannot travel to Moscow for talks with Putin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has once again rejected a Kremlin proposal that he travel to Moscow for talks.

Details: Regarding Belarus, Zelenskyy reiterated that it has been an ally in Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine since 2022.
