Drones struck an oil depot in the city of Feodosiia on the night of 22-23 April, while explosions were also reported in other parts of temporarily occupied Crimea.

Details: Razvozhayev claimed that "[Russian] military forces in Sevastopol are repelling an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces" and that "nine aerial assets have been downed".

Meanwhile, local Telegram channels reported explosions in occupied Crimea and strikes on the oil depot in Feodosiia.

Krymskyi Veter said the facility had been hit at least five times, causing a fire.

Update: Razvozhayev later claimed that 15 drones had been downed over temporarily occupied Sevastopol.

Background:

  • On 7 October 2024, a fire broke out at the Marine Oil Terminal in Feodosiia following a drone attack. A municipal-level state of emergency was declared in the city due to a man-made event.
  • On the night of 12-13 October 2025, Ukraine's defence forces also conducted another strike on the same facility, damaging 16 fuel storage tanks.
