Russia attacked Ukraine with 163 drones on the night of 1-2 May. Around 100 of the UAVs were Shahed loitering munitions.

Details: Air defence forces destroyed or jammed 142 of the drones.

Hits by 17 UAVs have been recorded at 12 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at two locations.

As of this morning, the attack is ongoing.

Background: Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with drones on the night of 1-2 May, hitting a 12-storey residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district and leaving people injured.
