Russia attacks Ukraine with 221 drones and 2 Iskander missiles, hits recorded at 9 locations

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 221 drones of various types on the night of 10-11 June. Ukraine's air defence has downed 195 UAVs.

Details: From 18:00 on 10 June, Russian forces have attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles launched from Russia's Belgorod Oblast as well as 221 Shahed (some jet-powered), Gerbera and Italmas attack drones and Parodiya decoy UAVs. The strikes were launched from Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, and Chauda and Hvardiiske in temporarily occupied Crimea.

Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.

The attack is ongoing, as several Russian drones are still in the airspace.
