Quote: "In this context, it is critically important to provide Ukraine with all the means necessary to protect its skies and repel this aggression.

I informed President Zelenskyy of an increase in our support, including the delivery of interceptor missiles and the continuation of our cooperation following the outcomes of the inaugural meeting of the Anti-Ballistic Defence Coalition held in Paris on 13 July last year and the declaration of intent signed on 17 November 2025."

Details: Macron added that it is essential that all countries with the relevant capabilities join these efforts as well.

He also promised to continue to increase pressure on Russia until it ceases hostilities.

"Furthermore, in the context of the upcoming meeting of the Coalition of the Willing which will take place this Monday, we have reviewed our commitment to achieve the peace that the Ukrainian people legitimately seek – with respect for their rights and with all the security guarantees for Ukraine and our continent," Macron added.
