Russians attack two districts of Kherson: two children and three adults injured

Russian forces attacked residential buildings in two districts of Kherson on the evening of 5 September, injuring two children and three adults.

Details: At around 21:00, Russian forces struck an apartment in a multi-storey residential building in the Dniprovskyi district with a drone while people were inside.

Two adults and two children were injured in the attack.

An 11-year-old girl, a 12-year-old boy and a 36-year-old woman were taken to hospital. All three sustained blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.

A 39-year-old man also sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds from broken glass as a result of the Russian drone attack. Medics provided him with the necessary assistance at the scene.

In addition, at around 21:45, Russian forces dropped explosives from a drone near a house in the Korabelnyi district.

A 27-year-old Kherson resident was injured. Drone debris flew through the window into his flat.

The man was diagnosed with a blast injury, a closed head injury, concussion and a shrapnel wound to his head.
