Air defence active in Kyiv, drone debris fell in one district – mayor

Air defence was activated in Kyiv on the afternoon of 20 September following reports that more Russian drones were heading towards the capital.

Details: Klitschko urged residents of the capital to stay in safe places.

Meanwhile, the Air Force reported that a jet-powered UAV was heading towards Kyiv from the south.

Update: The mayor later reported that drone debris had fallen near a non-residential building in the Holosiivskyi district.

Background: Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the Russian capital had come under its largest-ever drone attack on 19-20 September.
