Russian drone strikes near Yahodyn border crossing with Poland
A Russian drone has struck near the Yahodyn border crossing in Volyn Oblast on the border with Poland.

Details: Goryszewski said there is currently no information about what the Russian drone was targeting.
"Another unmanned aerial vehicle of the Russian Federation has fallen near the crossing in Dorohusk, again near the settlement of Yahodyn [sic!]," he said.
According to Ukrainska Pravda sources in the State Border Guard Service, a Russian strike drone did indeed hit several hundred metres from the border. The Yahodyn border crossing itself was not damaged.
Background:
- The previous time, a Russian drone fell near a petrol station in the village on 17 September.
- According to Ukrainian monitoring channels, Russian drones were heading towards the Yahodyn checkpoint on the Polish border in the second half of the day on 28 September.
- It was subsequently reported that Polish military aircraft had been deployed in response to Russian drone attacks on Ukraine.
- It was also reported that the airports in Rzeszów and Lublin had suspended operations.
