According to Kim: "Last night, the invaders indiscriminately shelled hospitals, a school, and a boiler facility, where they hit a pipe. Currently we do not know of any fatalities, but there are 2 wounded."

Details: According to the Head of the Military Administration, the Russian troops’ tactic has changed: now they are moving out, firing, then fleeing back. The invaders are stationed in villages, and quartered in village schools and houses, so the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot "fire at them heavily in retaliation".

Kim noted that since the invaders are not following any rules, the Ukrainian troops are going to be much "harsher" with them from now on.
