According to the General Staff: "Once again, we are observing repeated cases of the invaders using civilian infrastructure, including religious sites, to set up firing positions, and to deploy weapons and military equipment."

"The status, location, and nature of the actions of the defence forces remain without significant changes. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have inflicted devastating blows on the [Russian troops’] rear infrastructure (field bases and warehouses) in order to disrupt the invading force’s logistics in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Over the previous day, four aircraft, and three helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles were hit by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (information on the type is being clarified).

The invading forces did not have significant success in carrying out an offensive on all fronts on which they tried to advance. The main efforts of the invaders were focused on securing and maintaining previously occupied borders."

Details: The moral and psychological state of the Russian troops remains low, making soldiers of the Russian Federation Armed Forces refuse to carry out the orders from their command.

According to the information available, a Belgorod Military Commandant’s Office camp has been set up in the city of Belgorod within the Russian Federation.

The military camp holds Russian servicemen who have been discharged from hospital after treatment and are waiting to be deployed.

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation who refuse to take part in hostilities are also held there, as a pre-trial investigation as to their conduct is being carried out.

In addition, the General Staff reports that according to a high-ranking official of the special operations forces of the Republic of Belarus, special forces from the Armed Forces of Belarus will not take part in the war with Ukraine.
