According to preliminary information, 10 people were killed in the Russian shelling of Chernihiv on 14 March.

Details: The Russian troops’ shelling has also damaged the building of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, the Pryvokzalny market, a wholesale and retail facility, several residential buildings, the Chernihivvodokanal pumping station, the administrative building of the Chernihivgaz enterprise, and four vehicles.

The prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
