Six European countries have launched investigations into Russian war crimes

Six European countries have launched criminal investigations concerning Russian war crimes during the invasion of Ukraine.
According to "European Pravda", Iryna Venediktova, Prosecutor General of Ukraine, has written about this on Twitter.
"Six countries have already launched investigations into Russian war crimes: Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Sweden. We are working closely with them to facilitate the exchange of information and evidence", Venediktova wrote.
On 16 March the UN International Court of Justice ordered Russia to suspend its military operations in Ukraine which began on 24 February, the stated purpose of which was to "prevent and punish" the alleged genocide in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia was not going to comply with the first ruling of the UN International Court of Justice regarding the war in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine answered that in this case, Russia must renounce all rights under the Statute of the United Nations, and first of all the right of veto in the UN Security Council, as well as immunities.
