Kyiv accuses Moscow of lying about evacuation of foreign citizens from war zone
The Ukrainian government makes every effort to evacuate foreign citizens from the war zone.

Quote: "The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov is lying when he says that the Ukrainian government prevents citizens from evacuating Ukraine, particularly from Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian government makes every effort to evacuate foreign citizens, particularly students from the war zone."
Details: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has created a round-the-clock hotline for foreign students to receive support to leave Kharkiv and other cities that are shelled by Russian troops. The government also works with the Defence Forces of Ukraine, law enforcerment, and local authorities to organise their safe evacuation.
Ukrainian and foreign citizens including foreign students cannot leave cities because of missile and bomb strikes by Russian armed forces.
According to the Minister, two foreign students from India and Algeria died due to shelling; a Chinese student was injured.
Quote: "Sergey Lavrov has to stop misleading the international community. This would be the best possible confirmation of Russia`s willingness to de-escalate, negotiate and preserve human life. The Russian Armed Forces must stop shelling Kharkiv and other Ukrainian cities immediately."
