According to Kim: "Last night there was an explosion; everyone wrote about it. I won’t hide anything – they were rockets, no need for corrections. The Russian aggressors attacked a Qatari enterprise in our region. There were no casualties. The two hangars there are empty. A guard was injured by broken glass."

Details: Kim also added that, according to information available to him, Russians are en masse refusing to go to Ukraine for any reason. They are "no longer even afraid of prison, they just want to live."

In Kim’s words, the ones who are refusing are "those who have some kind of access to the Internet."

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration: "Even those ‘refusers’ have heard the stories going round: one about a guy who came back without an arm – well, he was serving in Chornobaivka. And one who came back with three arms – he was stationed in Chornobyl. And one who came back and can’t get it up anymore – he was in Konotop. Some servicemen arrive in Ukraine from a long way away, where they had no access to the Internet – these guys were promised flats here, and were told that they would be welcomed as heroes. Well, once they get here, they’re told [how things really are]."

Details: Kim also remarked that it seems like a "putsch is being planned," while in Ukraine everything’s proceeding "according to plan and a new work week is beginning."

Background: In 2020 the Ministry of Infrastructure granted a 35-year concession to QTerminals, a Qatari company, for the management of Olvia seaport in Mykolaiv.

On the evening of 10 April there was a powerful explosion in Mykolaiv. One person was injured.
