Details: It is reported that the soldier refused to fight in Ukraine because he had spent 7 months on a business trip to Syria and was counting on rehabilitation vacation.

When fired, the head of the personnel department of the 136th Separate Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade stationed in Dagestan put an unauthorised stamp in the military personnel’s record card: "Prone to betrayal, lies and deception; Refused to participate in a special military operation in "LPR"(self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic - ed.), "DPR" (self-proclaimed "Donetsk People’s Republic" - ed.) and Ukraine".

According to Grebenyuk, the records made in the record cards are clearly regulated, and there is usually no mention of "betrayal". The lawyer emphasised that such a remark "is aimed solely at insulting and humiliating a military personnel," as well as to complicate his employment, in particular with law enforcement agencies.

Grebenyuk noted that he planned to appeal against the dismissal of the professional soldier and to get the illegal stamp cancelled.
