Details: According to Mykhailo Podoliak, consultations with states which are potential security guarantors are underway.

He also outlined important issues for Ukraine. These include arms supplies, a no-fly zone, military consultations, and funding to quickly purchase additional weapons.

Quote: "At the level of political advisers, consultations are underway with the countries that have agreed to discuss the guarantees they can take on. Of course, there will be different package guarantees.

I think that these issues can be resolved within a week at most.

We do not want to end up with Minsk-3, for example, so that we have a conflict with Russia again in another couple of years."

Details: According to Mykhailo Podoliak, Ukraine wants security guarantees that in the event of escalation, other countries will stand alongside Ukraine. "As for Russia, it is important for us that Russia understands that if they want to attack, they will face other countries with powerful armies", Podoliak explained.

According to him, this should be about the legal right of those countries to defend Ukraine.

Background:

The leaders of the US, Italy, France, Germany, UK, Canada, Japan, Poland, Romania, and EU and NATO leaders discussed, among other things, Ukraine's security guarantees after the war with Russia in a 90-minute video call on Tuesday.
