All Luhansk region is without water and electricity – Regional Military Administration

The military-civil administration of the Luhansk region reports that the whole region is now without water and electricity.

Details: Haidai stressed that there is almost no surviving critical infrastructure in the Luhansk region.

The vast majority of critical infrastructure will have to be built from scratch. Some power lines can still be repaired, but constant shelling means repairs cannot be carried out.

Only electric generators are working. There is no centralised water supply.

Also, according to him, only more than 21 thousand consumers are still left with gas. These are residents of five settlements, and not all of these have gas.

A reminder: The authorities are constantly asking inhabitants of the region not to delay evacuation.
