Details: According to sources, one of the representatives of the invaders in the city, Yevgeny Kharmyshev, together with his accomplices, announced the resumption of "voluntary squads".

Quote from Andryushchenko: "Now the men of Mariupol will patrol the city together with the Russian military and the ‘People's Militia of the DPR’. Our sources report that the real purpose of such a ‘patrol’ is:

— strengthening of search activities. This time, they are starting to look not only for activists but foremost for public utilities, teachers and other specialists,

— ‘Soft’ preparation for mobilisation.

In addition, information about the introduction of conscription into the army of the so-called DPR has been spread by the ‘leadership’ of the city since September of last year.
