The Russians shelled an evacuation car, killed a French journalist

The head of Luhansk Oblast Serhii Haidai reported about a halt to evacuations from the Oblast - occupiers shelled a car which had gone to collect 10 people.

Quote from Haidai: "The evacuation has been officially stopped. Ruscists shelled a car that was going to take away people. A French journalist was killed.

Today our armoured evacuation vehicle was going to take away 10 people from the oblast and the vehicle came under fire. Shrapnel of shells pierced the armour of the car, [and] an accredited French journalist who was making material about the evacuation received a fatal wound to the neck; a patrol policeman was saved by his helmet."
