Over the course of 10 June, volunteers took 23 residents of Lysychansk (Luhansk Oblast) to safety.

After the evacuations from Sievierodonetsk stopped, Philip and other volunteers came under fire in the city. After being treated – the volunteers shifted their operations to Lysychansk.
Details: Among those evacuated from Lysychansk were two residents of Sievierodonetsk.
