A powerful explosion took place near Sievierodonetsk

Rodion Miroshnyk, the so-called "Ambassador of LPR" [the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic] in Moscow, as well as Russian media reported a powerful explosion in Sievierodonetsk in Luhansk region; the Ukrainian military confirmed this information.

Quote from Miroshnyk: "Explosion near Sievierodonetsk or suburbs! Smoky mushroom cloud is obviously of chemical origin. It is very similar to the colour of the mushroom cloud from detonation of containers with nitric acid, but this has not yet been confirmed."
Details: The Russian agency TASS also published a photo of the aftermath of the explosion.
