Three military personnel and one civilian died in a military unit in Vladimir Oblast of the Russian Federation from a shell explosion while unloading ammunition at a warehouse.

Details: A fire broke out in the warehouse, which was later extinguished. The Russian military gives assurances that there is no threat to nearby settlements.

Previously: In May, an explosion occurred in the military unit of the village of Teysin, Khabarovsk Krai. At least one person was killed and eight others sought medical help.
