On Friday, there will be no delivery of humanitarian aid to Lysychansk, Luhansk Oblast, due to the destruction of the flyover in the city after a Russian air strike.

Quote: "Unfortunately, today a vehicle with humanitarian aid will not be able to get to Lysychansk, because just a couple of hours ago the Russian army attacked the bridge, the flyover [that is], leading to Lysychansk by helicopter. It is completely destroyed, and freight transport passage is simply impossible."

Details: Haidai added that the authorities will look for other options for delivering humanitarian aid to local residents.

Meanwhile, according to the head of the Oblast Military Administration, people have some supplies, as up until now, up to 1,000 packages of provisions have been brought in daily.
