Quote: "Strategic bombers Tu-95 and Tu-160 that hit the Kyiv region today are the bombers that take off in Astrakhan and are launched from the Caspian Sea.

They’re equipped with the X101 missiles with a flight range of up to 5,5 thousand km. So the bombers don’t even have to fly into the Ukrainian airspace, they only have to take off, define a target and launch missiles.

Today, from four to six such rockets were launched. Well, our Air Defence worked well and hit some of the rockets. There is already photo evidence of the first one; they look for scrap of the others."

Background: On the morning of 26 June, the occupiers hit the capital of Ukraine.

The missile attack on Kyiv resulted in at least one fatality and five casualties. 25 people have been evacuated from the 9-storey apartment building.
