Details: Units of the Belarusian Armed Forces continue to carry out military operations on the Volyn and Polissia fronts. According to the available information, restrictions have been put in place in Brest Oblast of Belarus, near the Belarusian-Ukrainian border, limiting the local residents’ ability to visit the forests in the area.

There were no significant changes on the Sivershchyna front. Russian aircraft conducted an airstrike near Esman in Sumy Oblast. In addition, Russian forces in the area regularly conduct aerial reconnaissance and use artillery to fire on the positions of Ukrainian troops in parts of Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts near the Russian border.

On the Kharkiv front, Russian forces are focusing their efforts on maintaining their existing positions. They shelled the areas around Petrivka, Ridne, Sosnivka, Slatyne, Pryshyb, Ruski Tyshky, Pytomnyk, Verkhnii Saltiv, and other towns and villages and conducted aerial reconnaissance using Oral-10 UAVs.

On the Sloviansk front, Russian troops fired at the areas around Dibrivne, Mykilske, Podolivka, Mazanivka, Adamivka, Chepil, Krasnopillia and Kurulka using mortars, as well as tubed and rocket artillery.

Russian forces also fired at civilian and military infrastructure near Zakitne, Hryhorivka, Tetianivka, Zvanivka, Minkivka, Raihorodok, and other towns and villages using tubed and rocket artillery. Russian troops mounted an assault in the direction of Ivano-Dariivka, but were unsuccessful. They also attempted to advance in the direction of Verkhnokamianka but were decisively repelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and retreated with losses. Russian forces used UAVs to conduct aerial reconnaissance near Zvanivka, Fedorivka and Serebrianka.

On the Bakhmut front, Russian forces fired on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas around Novoluhanske, Berestove, Bilorohivka, Vershyna, Vyimka, Sukha Balka, Oleksandropil and the Vuhlehirska Power Plant. The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled a Russian attempt to conduct reconnaissance-in-force near Berestove and Bilohorivka. Russian aircraft conducted airstrikes near Soledar, Pokrovske and Svitlodarsk.

Russian forces continue to systematically fire on Ukrainian positions along the entire frontline on the Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia fronts and conducted airstrikes near Kamianka, Shcherbaky and Mali Shcherbaky.

On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russian occupying forces fired at the areas around Novovorontsovka, Kobzartsi, Blahodatne, Bila Krynytsia, Trudoliubivka, Novohryhorivka, Olenivka, Prybuzke, Oleksandrivka, Lupareve, and other towns and villages and launched rockets on the city of Mykolaiv. There is a threat of further missile and rocket attacks in the region.

The Russians used tactical and operational-tactical UAVs to conduct aerial reconnaissance in order to establish the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and to adjust their fire. In addition,  Russians forces continued to carry out military engineering tasks in order to reinforce their positions.

"The morale of military personnel in the majority of units of the occupying forces is very low due to significant losses. The soldiers are looking for ways to avoid participation in hostilities. This is particularly common among those occupiers who have come into direct conflict with Ukrainian soldiers," the General Staff noted.
