Quote: "In the city, you are now allowed to place "on a special register" cars for which, due to the war, registration documents are lost, missing or stolen."

Details: The invaders and local collaborators have thus given themselves free rein, hiding behind a fictional scheme, to profit from the continued theft of vehicles belonging to Mariupol residents who left the city.

Background: In July, Petro Andriushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, reported that the Russian occupiers had deprived Ukrainian citizens of their property rights in the city.
