On 16 August, a Kamaz truck carrying military personnel exploded in Kursk Oblast of the Russian Federation.

Quote: "A Kamaz with Russian military personnel exploded in Kursk Oblast, it probably drove over an anti-tank mine. One serviceman was killed and two more were hospitalised.
The incident happened yesterday at three o'clock in the afternoon between the village of Novyi Shliakh and the village of Volfino near the border. On the same day, two wounded were hospitalised."
Background: On 16 August, in Kursk Oblast in Russia a part of the railway was blown up. That railway was used for freight trains only.
