Russians attack on several fronts, but were rebuffed and retreated – General Staff report

Russian troops are focusing their efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk Oblast and holding the occupied areas of the Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv oblasts, and are launching air and missile strikes on civilian targets on Ukrainian territory.

Details: The situation on the Volyn and Polissia fronts has not changed significantly. Units of the Armed Forces of Belarus are strengthening the protection of the section of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border in the Brest and Homel Oblasts. The threat of Russian missile and air strikes from the territory of Belarus remains.
On the Sivershchyna front, Russian troops are holding separate units in the border areas of the Bryansk and Kursk oblasts (in Russia). The Russians fired artillery in the areas of the settlements of Obody, Novovasylivka and Myropilske in Sumy Oblast.
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian forces are conducting combat operations in order to hold previously occupied lines and prevent an offensive from Ukrainian defence force units.
On the Kharkiv front, the invaders fired barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of the settlements of Prudianka, Dementiivka, Ruska Lozova, Petrivka, Staryi Saltiv, Pytomnyk, Sosnivka and Velyki Prokhody. They used aircraft to strike near Husarivka.
The Russians conducted an offensive battle in order to improve their tactical situation in the area of the village of Uda, but withdrew after being defeated by Ukrainian troops.
On the Sloviansk front, the Russians fired using tubed artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems near Velyka Komyshuvakha, Krasnopillia, Dmytrivka, Brazhkivka, Dolyna and Bohorodychne.
Russian forces tried to conduct aerial reconnaissance using UAVs around Bohorodychne, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the aircraft.
The occupier's units attempted to conduct assault operations in the direction of Shnurkov, but were unsuccessful, and withdrew.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russians fired using tubed and rocket artillery on the areas near Zvanivka, Siversk, Verkhnokamianske and Sloviansk. Airstrikes were carried out near Hryhorivka and Pryshyba.
On the Bakhmut front, the invaders fired using tanks, tubed and rocket artillery on areas near Soledar, Dolyna, Zaitseve and Bilohorivka. Russian forces launched air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Soledar and Kodema, as well as a missile strike near Konstantynivka.
The invaders fought offensive battles on the Zaitseve, Shumy and Kodema axes. They were rebuffed and retreated.
On the Avdiivka front, artillery attacks continue in the areas of the settlements of Opytne, Pervomaiske, Avdiivka, Marinka, Novooleksandrivka, Vodiane, Novomykhailivka and Tonenke. The Russians fought offensive battles on the Marinka and Novomikhailivka axes, but had no success, and withdrew. They conducted reconnaissance towards Opytne.
On the Novopavlivka front, the areas near Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Prechystivka, Novopillia and Zelene Pole came under Russian fire.
On the Zaporizhzhia front, the invaders shelled the areas around the settlements of Novodanylivka, Huliaipole, Charivne, Poltavka, Mali Shcherbaky, Zaliznychne, Novoivanivka and Dorozhnianka. They carried out airstrikes near Novodanylivka, Novosilky, Kamianske and Stepove. UAVs conducted aerial reconnaissance in the areas of Orikhiv, Huliaipole and Novoandriivka.
On the Pivdennyi Buh front, Russian forces fired in areas near the settlements of Oleksandrivka, Stepova Dolyna, Lymany, Blahodatne, Myrne, Kotliareve, Shevchenkove, Novomykolaivka, Pervomaiske, Partyzanske, Shyroke, Chervona Dolyna, Chervonyi Yar, Murakhivka, Lozove, Trudoliubivka, Zelenodolsk, Olhyne and Dobrianka. They carried out an air strike near Andriivka.
Russian forces led offensive battles in the direction of Potemkyne, had no success, and withdrew. They used reconnaissance UAVs near Davydiv Brid, Snihurivka, and Velyke Artakove.
The Russian naval fleet in the Black and Azov Seas is focusing its main efforts on conducting reconnaissance and blocking civilian shipping. Kalibr sea-based cruise missile carriers are on standby to be used.
The threat of missile attacks on targets and infrastructure deep inside Ukraine remains.
