Occupiers attempted to flood Kryvyi Rih – Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine said that Russian missile attacks on the city of Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast were an attempt to flood the city.

Quote: "The terrorist country continues to wage war on civilians. This time, [Russian] missiles struck hydrotechnical facilities in an attempt to flood Kryvyi Rih."
Details: Zelenskyy added that the Russian occupiers are only capable of sowing panic, creating emergencies, and attempting to cut off people’s access to power, heat, water and food.
He shared a photograph of a damaged hydrotechnical facility in Kryvyi Rih.
Furthermore, he expresses his confidence that attacks like the one on Kryvyi Rih will not break the spirit of the Ukrainian people, and that the Russian invaders will receive "a response and retribution they deserve".
Previously: Russian forces carried out a missile strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, damaging hydrotechnical facilities and leaving several neighbourhoods without water on the evening of 14 September.
