Kremlin declines Zelenskyy's idea regarding ammonia and POWs

The Kremlin considers the idea of ​​Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to release Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) in exchange for launching the Tolyatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline inappropriate.
