According to 24% of those surveyed, "Ukraine’s government does not pay due attention to [the needs of] Ukrainian soldiers." On the other hand, 60% of Ukrainians believe that the government "shows due attention to [the needs of] soldiers the best way it can".

Another 29% of respondents believe that officials profit from the war and swindle Western weapons. However, even in this case, there are significantly more people, namely 51% of respondents, who believe that Western-provided arms "are not stolen but used by the Ukrainian army".

During 7-13 September of 2022, KIIS conducted an Omnibus, the all-Ukrainian poll of public opinion.

The survey method was computer-assisted telephone interviews based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers.

The sample did not include residents of territories that were not controlled by the authorities of Ukraine before 24 February, 2022, and citizens who left the country after 24 February of 2022 were not interviewed.

Formally, under normal circumstances, the margin error of such a sample was 2.4% for indicators close to 50%; 2.1% for indicators close to 25%; 1.5% for indicators close to 10%; and 1.1 % - for indicators close to 5%.
