Yevtushenko urged the locals to use the rule of two walls or stay in bomb shelters.

Comment from Ukrainska Pravda: The decrease in the number of personnel of the Russian units near Enerhodar may be connected with the visit of the IAEA mission to the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), which took place on 1 September; after that, 5 or 6 experts of this organisation stayed there.
