Russian forces shell Kupiansk: 5 civilians injured

Russian forces are continuing to shell Kharkiv Oblast. Five civilians were injured today as a result of Russian shelling.

Quote: "The enemy continues to terrorise Kharkiv Oblast with their shelling. Children are suffering the effects of the occupiers’ actions. Five people were injured as a result of an enemy shelling of [the city of] Kupiansk, including a 13-year-old boy. Three men, aged 36, 47 and 63, and an 83-year-old woman were also injured."

Details: Syniehubov added that a 55-year-old woman was also injured as a result of a Russian attack on the village of Strilecha in the Kharkiv district.

All of the casualties have been hospitalised and are receiving medical attention.

Background: The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the city of Kupiansk, in Kharkiv Oblast, from Russian occupation on 10 September.
