Details: Ihor Terekhov, the Mayor of Kharkiv, has reported four strikes in Kharkiv.
Quote from Terekhov: "According to preliminary information, they hit the Kholodnohirskyi district, and an infrastructure facility was damaged. There is no electricity in some areas of the city.
Power engineers and communal services are working to restore electricity to the homes of Kharkiv residents as soon as possible."
