After massive Russian missile attacks on the capital and other cities of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podoliak, Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, emphasised the impossibility of negotiations with the leadership of the Russian Federation.

Quote from Podoliak: "Intentional missile strikes on the centres of Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro are more proof of the Kremlin's terrorist inadequacy. Russia is not capable of fighting on the battlefield, but is only capable of vilely killing civilians.
Who to talk to there? Instead of talking, air defence, MLRS, longer-range projectiles are needed."
