Today, 10 September, residents of Rivne Oblast are reporting explosions – the air defence is working.

- Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that so far, on 10 October, the Russian aggressor has launched 75 missiles on Ukraine within a few hours, 41 of which were shot down by air defence.
- On the morning of 10 October, the Russians launched missile strikes on a number of oblasts of Ukraine. Explosions rang out in the centre of the capital.
- Explosions also rang out in several other Ukrainian cities: Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr and Lviv.
- President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the morning attack on several oblasts of Ukraine and urged people to remain in shelters on 10 October.
