Quote: "You know, when your neighbour has this kind of madness, you have to understand that there are risks [of using nuclear weapons - ed.], but for me personally it’s not such an imminent risk right now because I’m not sure - and I think that Russians are not sure - that they are technically prepared to do it."

Details: Reznikov has also questioned which targets Russia could potentially strike as he says that any use of nuclear weapons on the battlefield will affect the Russian troops in that region as well.

Previously: Oleksii Reznikov, Ukraine’s Defence Minister, is convinced that Ukraine will receive Western tanks and fighter jets in order to oust the Russia forces. Reznikov suggests that Washington has to be the leader on this issue, and their allies will follow.
