Details: Yermak informed the advisers about the situation on the front line, as well as about the increased intensity of attacks on Ukrainian cities and critical infrastructure by Russia, which has been using missiles and Iranian kamikaze drones for that purpose.

He stressed the urgent need to obtain enough air defence equipment from partner states to be able to effectively counteract the ongoing Russian missile terror.

Yermak emphasised that the development of an effective air defence system in Ukraine should become one of the elements of the security guarantees given to this country.

The sides separately discussed a block of issues related to the development of security guarantees for Ukraine, in the development of a position paper prepared by the international expert group led by Yermak and Anders Fogh Rasmussen, the former NATO Secretary-General.

During the talks, a thorough exchange of views took place on the latest provocative statements by the Russian side about Ukraine's alleged intentions to use a "dirty bomb".

It was noted that such accusations are groundless, and that they are part of the disinformation campaign conducted by Putin's regime against Ukraine.

Yermak told the foreign advisers about measures to respond to such accusations by  the Kremlin.

He informed representatives of the United States, United Kingdom and France about Ukraine’s readiness to host a delegation of IAEA experts who would be able to verify  that the Russian accusations are groundless.

The parties involved in the call highly praised Ukraine's efforts to involve the Agency in resolving this situation.

The negotiators agreed that the democratic world should do everything possible to prevent Russia from using nuclear weapons or a "dirty bomb" against Ukraine.
