It is reported that Ukrainian-issued passes to the plant are to be cancelled in the near future. At the moment, the plant’s engineering specialists are not allowed to go to their workplaces. Only operational staff (the management shift) have access."

Details: At the same time, so-called Kadyrovites [soldiers from the Chechen Republic fighting as part of the Russian Armed Forces - ed.] have arrived in Enerhodar and are patrolling in groups of 15-20 men.

There is practically no connectivity in the city.

It is advisable to move around the city between 09:00 and 15:00, since the likelihood of falling under filtration measures increases after 15:00.

Electronic anti-air reconnaissance equipment has been installed on the roof of power unit No. 5.

A regular shift of occupiers is housed in an industrial zone of the ZNPP.

The commanders are dispersed around the city and live in the flats of local residents who have left.
