10 Russian missiles reach Lviv Oblast airspace, 1 person injured

Early on 16 November, Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of the Lviv Oblast Military Administration, announced that more than 10 Russian missiles reached Lviv Oblast airspace. In the aftermath of the strikes, one person was injured and 700,000 subscribers had their  electricity supply cut off.

Quote: "During the massive-scale attack on Ukraine, more than 10 enemy missiles reached the airspace of our oblast. Our air defence forces shot down most of them. Air Command Zakhid [West] - You are Heroes. Thank you!"

Unfortunately, three critical infrastructure facilities were struck.

Currently, we know of one casualty in our oblast. Their condition is serious."

Details: Kozytskyi added that about 700,000 subscribers in Lviv Oblast were without electricity due to strikes on the energy infrastructure.

However, as of early 16 November, "parts of the city of Lviv, and towns of Zolochiv, Bibrka and Peremyshliany have been reconnected."

Reminder:  On 15 November, Russian missiles targeted the city of Kyiv, as well as Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kirovohrad and Kharkiv oblasts.
