Details: Tymoshenko said that the people who were killed were passers-by.

Syniehubov added that Russian occupation forces also shelled parts of Kharkiv Oblast near the front on the morning of 23 November.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding the line, he added, despite relentless Russian mortar and artillery attacks.

A Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group attempted to enter and conduct operations in Starytsia, but was neutralised by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
