Russians leave soldiers who criticise conditions in army on front line

Russian military command has refused to withdraw marines of the 155th Separate Guards Brigade of the Russian Federation from the front, after their complaints to the governor of Primorsky Krai that they were being thrown into an "incomprehensible offensive" at the front line and suffered significant losses.

Details: The Russian military complained that in just 4 days, as a result of the "inexplicable offensive" on Pavlivka, Donetsk Oblast, the brigade lost about 300 people killed, wounded and missing, as well as 50% of the equipment.

Oleg Kozhemyako, the Governor of the Primorsky Krai, has instructed the Prosecutor's Office to check the information, but did not rule out that "this is a hoax produced by the enemy."

Subsequently, the governor released a video where Russian soldiers said that the battles were really fierce, and there were losses, but "everything was fine."

After that, a Russian soldier from the 155th Brigade contacted the news agency again, and said that the troops were left in captured Pavlivka, and the others were taken to the rear.

According to Mediazona’s source, after capturing Pavlivka, the occupiers were psychologically depressed, as there were many dead.

After this, the Russian command made a decision to withdraw the brigade from Pavlivka. But it turned out that not everyone would be withdrawn: those who were indignant and expressed their discontent would be left on the front line.

"In a word, we still feel the consequences of the letter [i.e., their complaint – ed.]. They do not draw conclusions, but only punish [us]. I think that they want to completely "wipe out" all those who disagree, and during hostilities, this is not a problem, and quite easy," Russian military officer concluded.

Background:

On 22 November, it was reported that a mobilised serviceman from the Altai Krai of the Russian Federation with the call sign "Yandex" complained that he had to buy uniforms with his own funds and that they could not organise training for the conscripts for 3 weeks, and then, they recorded a video with apologies and words of gratitude for the command.
