Kharkiv loses power

The city of Kharkiv lost power, causing electric public transport to halt. Parts of Kharkiv Oblast are similarly experiencing problems with power supply.

Details: Around 14:30 on 23 November several districts in the city of Kharkiv lost power.

Emergency rolling blackouts have been introduced in Kharkiv Oblast.

Metro and electric public transport in the city of Kharkiv halted. Additional buses are operating to service some of the disrupted routes. There are issues with mobile service.

Local journalists have reported that Kharkiv Oblast has not been struck in the most recent Russian attack.

Power was cut off after Russia’s attack on Kyiv. Infrastructure facilities there have been struck. Air raid alarm is ongoing.
