President’s Office: Russia enjoys terror, but it does not affect course of war
Mykhailo Podoliak, advisor to the Head of the Office of the President, has said that Russia is trying to cover up its defeats on the contact line by terrorising the civilian population of Ukraine, but strikes on the energy sector would not change the course of the war.
